Piazza D’Oro, the coffee with 25 years of knowledge and craftsmanship in roasting, is proud to reveal the commission of a new artwork by Brisbane artist Kiel Tillman, at Laneway Bagels in Fortitude Valley.
Kiel Tillman, a renowned Brisbane-based artist, has been commissioned by Piazza D’Oro to bring to life the newest artwork at Brisbane’s newly reopened Laneway Bagels. With an impressive portfolio spanning a variety of designs, illustrations and murals that encapsulate a vibrant energy through the colours and dimensions used, Kiel is the perfect artist to deliver a new sense of inspiration through art to Brisbane locals.
With a design that showcases Australia’s passion for quality coffee whilst staying visually dynamic, Kiel was able to create an energetic piece that flows across the space. With subtle coffee references throughout and a colour palette that ignites a sense of warmth, customers will be filled with inspiration as soon as they glance up at the mural that flows over the ceiling; truly embodying the sense of comfort a warm cup of Piazza D’Oro coffee delivers.

Kiel’s mural at Laneway Bagels is part of a larger project, in which Piazza D’Oro are supporting artists across the country to bring inspiration to Australians getting their daily coffee.
Art enthusiasts and coffee lovers alike are invited to visit Laneway Bagels in Fortitude Valley to experience this unique fusion of art in every cup and inspiration on every wall. In celebration of the new artwork, Laneway Bagels will be offering customers a buy one breakfast item or bagel, get one free between 25 July to 15 August*. The artwork will be visible to the public at Laneway Bagels, Gerard’s Lane 7/19 James Street, Fortitude Valley in Brisbane from 16 July 2024.
