Inala Plaza has today welcomed leading self-serve Asian and Western fusion bakery Breadtop to the centre, in a bright new store that is packed with sweet and savoury buns, cakes, pastries and bread.
Owned by franchisee Melody Lin, who knows the area well and has a good understanding of its needs, Breadtop Inala Plaza will offer the full range of bakery favourites that Australians have come to know and
love from this national brand.
“Launching a new store for a good, growing, valuable brand not only represents a major career milestone,
but also a chance for me to bring something exciting to this community,” Ms Lin said. “Inala Plaza is a high-traffic shopping centre in a busy suburban area.
There is currently no other Breadtop in this suburb, making it a strategic location to expand the Breadtop presence. “It is also a great way to introduce the community to our wide range of savoury and sweet buns, often featuring unique toppings or fillings.”
Breadtop Group Manager, Julie Ho, said customers enjoyed Breadtop’s self-serve concept and extensive product variety, which allowed them to explore different flavours with each visit. “Based on our experience across most stores, the pork floss bun; twin sausage bun; chocolate marble or custard marble bun; and pineapple bun, are consistently among our most popular products, so it will
be exciting to see which flavours emerge as the favourites at Breadtop Inala Plaza.”
Inala Plaza Marketing Director, Donna O’Neill said the Breadtop bakery would be a great complement to the centre’s exciting fresh food offering. “Inala Plaza is renowned for its international food, services and products housed within a unique mix of stores, restaurants and cultural experiences.
“Breadtop’s delicious flavours bring a new dimension to the centre, and will help to take the tastebuds of our customers on an even bigger global journey, right from the heart of Inala.” To celebrate the opening, the store will offer customers one of their signature products, a freshly-baked egg tart, for free with any in-store spend of $20 or more throughout Friday 8 August only.
Breadtop Inala Plaza will open from 8.30am to 6.00pm from Monday to Wednesday and Friday to Satur day, from 8.30am to 7.30pm on Thursday and from 9.00am to 6.00pm on Sunday. It is located next to the Aldi entry.
