The Brisbane brothers behind Origin Tea, Hrvst St and distribution business Brewing Brands, Chris and Lawrence Seaton, have crafted a new beverage to add to their growing portfolio.
Sip Coco is a new no-fuss coconut water that comes in a range of flavours and colourful cans.
The flagship coconut water, in a teal and white can, is a refreshing and tasty 100% pure coconut water containing five natural electrolytes – sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium and phosphorus – and no added sugar.
“It tastes like it has been poured straight from a coconut, because it has. We haven’t added any sugar or cut any corners because this is a beverage that nature got right the first time. It’s the ultimate thirst quencher, a naturally refreshing and hydrating drink, that tastes like a tropical holiday and refuels your body with natural electrolytes like potassium, sodium, and magnesium,” said Sip Coco CEO Chris Seaton.
Sip Coco also comes in passionfruit, ginger, watermelon, lychee and pineapple flavours, which contain around 90% coconut water plus a splash of fresh fruit juice – never from concentrate, no added sugar, and packed with five natural electrolytes.
After scouring the world for the best coconuts, the Sip Coco team landed on Vietnamese coconuts, which are known for their sweet, refreshing water, superior taste, high nutritional content and are farmed using sustainable methods.
Chris said the new coconut water was designed to fill a hole in the market, with Sip Coco offering a natural option that looked and tasted good. As the only coconut water in a 330ml can, offered in a range of trendy colours, Sip Coco’s chic and contemporary branding takes coconut water in a fresh new direction.
“At Sip Coco, we believe in keeping it real, so our coconut water is made with pure coconut water, just as nature intended. Like our other brands – Origin Tea and Hrvst St – we wanted to make something fresh and fun, that’s simple, tasty and good for you. Enter Sip Coco, a pure, honest coconut water that’s packed with essential electrolytes and nutrients. This is a refreshing no-fuss drink for anyone anywhere. Crack open a can at run club or a café rave, after a workout, to cool down on a hot day, recharge after a night out, or Sip Coco instead of a spritz. It looks and tastes fresh, and we can’t wait to see the cool cans pop up on social media feeds. We think Australia is going to ‘go coconuts’ for Sip Coco,” Chris said.
Sip Coco is now available in Queensland cafes and hospitality venues.
