Her time in television journalism, spanning from 2016 to 2021, cemented her love for presenting and broadcasting, which remains one of her greatest passions.

Yet, in a surprising turn, Hayes ventured into the world of evangelisation, deeply influenced by her Catholic faith. Her work with the Catholic Church in Brisbane and beyond led her to travel extensively. Over the past few years, Hayes has visited numerous countries, spreading her message, including the USA, the Philippines, Italy, Switzerland, Scotland, and New Zealand, spreading her message. One of the highlights of her evangelisation journey was meeting the Pope in Rome during a private audience with her group.

In addition to her evangelistic work, Hayes has returned to her academic roots with her expertise in etiquette. Her research, though done many years ago, remains highly relevant in today’s world. Her insights into manners, etiquette, and protocol are now shared widely through her growing platform, Etiquette Expert. Over the past year, Hayes has witnessed tremendous international media attention. With over 200 media publications to date, her insights on everything from wedding etiquette to navigating workplace political conversations have captured the attention of high-profile outlets such as Vogue, CNN, NBC, and Forbes.

In her media commentary, Hayes covers a wide range of topics, often blending her background in speech-language pathology with her understanding of social dynamics. Her expertise spans areas such as table settings for festive occasions, appropriate behavior during air travel, and even the art of gift-giving in professional settings. Over the past eight years, she has completed two marathons, twenty half marathons, and six triathlons, including two Olympic-distance events.
